  They was several days before being shipped out but did arrive on schedule ! They was packaged well the price was great what I see of them they look like great quality can't wait to put them on I'm waiting on my new grill first ! I sent 3 questions to seller who never responded back other than poor communication everything else was great and just as described!

  Grate job part was cleaned (blasted) bagged bubble wrapped and boxed nicely. It was shipped in a reasonable time frame by seller thanks guys. Now the the shipping process that was just very disappointing the part was tracked in two systems. Both did not respond to feedback and they treated the package so poorly , that the box was torn open and the part was broken. EBay needs to take some responsibility to challenge sub standards shipping providers. Sell or buyer have no show

  The item was exactly as described, brand new and fit perfectly! It looks excellent and is of very high quality. The cost was a small fraction of what it would cost at the dealer. The Seller's communication was outstanding throughout the process. The item did take nearly 2 weeks to arrive, but that may have been the carrier and not the seller. 5 Stars!!! *****

  The seller has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged due to the carrier, but the seller immediately offered to replace it at no cost. Due to timing, I had to purchase a different one, and the seller graciously is providing a refund. Excellent customer service! Condition was good just damaged. Appearance would have been great. Quality looked good. Good Value
