  Ordered for my son’s car. Autobits were very quick and helpful when answering questions about the mirror prior to ordering. Postage and packaging was secure and prompt. They accepted an offer for the wing-mirror too, so value for money. Item was as described, and in great condition, although it had a different electric connector, so we were unable to fit. Item was returned and refund was given. I would definitely use Autobits again in the future as they were very helpful.

  Overall very satisfied with item and seller but delivery was not really next day as advertised. Posted same day but the seller gave it to Evri so lucky to get it at all. Part was well packed and in good condition.

  Bought this unit to replace a faulty one . When it arrived it was without the relevant back up battery. Contacted the seller who apologised and arranged to send out the battery which was received a few days later. Replaced and tested the unit and it cured the problem I had been having. Really satisfied. Great thanks.
