  Item arrived early, seller has fast shipping. you could tell by the condition of the item and the appearance of the item the quality was good. Very reasonable price compared to others that are outrageous. Plus - this is a US seller! That has free returns that does not hassle you and is very prompt with his communication with you.   Arrived well packaged and as described. Shipping was FAST. Much better option than buying NOS for $900. Part had one of the retainer clips broken but was pictured and I did not notice so nothing bad on the seller. I would recommend and buy from again.

  Arrived sooner than expected . Was very inexpensive, well packaged, good condition, top quality, preprogrammed. Couldn’t ask for a better buying experience. Got me up and running 5 minutes after I received the package! 6 stars out of 5! Any question i had before I received the product were answered with in hours! Great communication!

  I am rating the seller, not the item. The item received was mistakenly the wrong size. The seller immediately sent a prepaid return label, and then issued a credit the day it was received. I have previously purchased from this seller, and the item was just as advertised.

  Fantastic seller, great customer service. I purchased a remanufactured Chrysler PCM from Auto101. I messaged the seller with questions before I purchased the item, and they promptly replied. Per the instructions, I included my VIN and part # with the order. After ordering, I received the part within a week, boxed and well-protected with bubble wrap. The part was plug-and-play as promised. No additional programming was needed, and my car keys worked. Thanks to Auto101, my car is working again!

  This is the second time I’ve bought from this seller and as before everything worked out perfectly. Good communication and a product that works. If you have a Ford you can download Forscan for free and hook it up to a Windows computer and install your PCM. Shipping was extremely fast, the literally shipped it the same day I ordered it. Keep in mind you have to provide the VIN with your order.
