    Seller was good. Transaction smooth. Seller shipped it out quick. However, USPS is terrible anymore. Not the sellers fault, but it took 10 days to ship across just a couple of states. Do better USPS. Seller though ... A+

    Disappointing: Ordered a backup battery for our Litheli pole saw. The listing shows an off-white one, that is like all the ones we have ever seen and is also just like ours. They shipped us a dark grey one. Now I'm the joke of the H.O.A. with my mis-matched battery. The sellers response when we asked why was the color wrong: we ship you what they ship us, deal with it We assume it is a genuine one, but the response was disappointing. Change the listing then, especially, since you know

    Hello, LiTHELi, the manufacturer recently changed the shade of color ever so slightly on their replacement batteries, and we were not aware of this. Our products are sealed from the factory, so we had no idea this had happened. This buyer was reported & blocked for harassment. His last lovely message to us "So basically you are telling me that I'm stuck being gay while using it? I've even noticed that I'm holding the pole saw with a slightly limper wrist style now."
