  Item was listed as new, sealed. Arrived out of packaging in a plain postage box, with some small scratches. Emailed seller to try and resolve but didn't get responses until after I requested a refund. Refund was given with no issues but the experience was negative overall hence the feedback

  The tin of glue arrived quickly, well packaged and undamaged. Exactly as shown. Not used it yet but not had any problems with other Gorilla products, so I don't expect any here either. Good price for the tin and it was dispatched quickly.
