  True customer service is shown when a seller can take a mistake and turn it into a great experience — and that’s exactly what happened here. The seller accidentally sent me the wrong bag, but they handled the situation quickly and professionally. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and in the end, I not only received an even nicer bag, but they also gave me a discount for the inconvenience and included an extra vintage hangtag. I have saved them as a preferred seller.

  Overall positive experience with shipping times and the packaging. Unfortunately, the photos definitely did not show the full extent of the (what I feel like are pretty significant) stains on the front and back of this purse. The bottom one was semi shown in photos but front panel one was not. So that was a bummer for such an expensive bag. Aside from the well hid stains from the lighting in the listing photos, the bag itself is in great structural shape.

  UPDATE: I spoke with the seller and she provided photos of the purse while packaging and we figured out that it was not her fault at all. The extreme heat in my state this week caused some significant drying in the purse (not her fault!) she gave me tips for leather conditioning, I did that, and the purse looks brand new again. Apologize for the old review, eBay won’t let me change it. But I appreciate all of her help and would absolutely purchase from here again! She was so responsive/helpful.

  Love the vintage coach kiss lock bag. It is exactly as shown in the pictures, it s been taken great care of. It was also safely wrapped in bubbel foil in like 3 layers. 10/10 would recommend this buyer
