  True customer service is shown when a seller can take a mistake and turn it into a great experience — and that’s exactly what happened here. The seller accidentally sent me the wrong bag, but they handled the situation quickly and professionally. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and in the end, I not only received an even nicer bag, but they also gave me a discount for the inconvenience and included an extra vintage hangtag. I have saved them as a preferred seller.

  SELLER IS THE BEST!!!! there was a complication with the shipping (not sellers fault) and with the whole process seller was on top of it!! Always updating me on what was happening and calling/investigating what was happing with my package. GREAT customer service and the product is exactly what I wanted!!
