  Item was exactly as described, packaged well, and arrived quickly once shipped, but was not shipped quickly. Item was ordered on the 26th, a shipping label was created on the 30th, but the item was not actually mailed until the 2d. Of course, the post office was to blame for the two day delay before I received it on the 8th. I recognize that it was over a holiday and will also take into account the actual shipping time from California should I order from this seller again.

I’m in Key West and they were mailed promptly and arrived in a timely manor considering I’m at the end of US literally.

  I never received this item through no fault of the seller. When I contacted them noting the tracking number shows no activity to request a refund, they issued a full refund in less than 15 minutes. Incredible customer service and much appreciated. Highly recommend this seller. Thanks again.

  Unfortunately, there was NO communication from this company. I cancelled the order through ebay and my payment was returned. The big twist was that apparently USPS lost the package and, once found, delivered it to me about two or three weeks later! I tried contacting the company again for a return and still no answer. The product looks great and was offered at a great price. It is sitting, unopened, in my front hall if ever they need it back

  Item as described. Package not sealed and does look like it was unpacked and put back in the box. Shipping was somewhat slow. However, great price for the unit.
