    The seller is very friendly, and had great communication. There was a mix up with some of the technical ends of the sale, but the seller assured to keep me in the loop and update me and provide a full refund immediately. Very kind and understanding communication style and friendly approach. Even though the technical glitch with the app meant I wasn’t able to get the product, the seller did everything in their end to ensure the process of a refund and updating me on the situation went smoothly.
