  Be aware false multi listings under different seller IDs. Orderes same items 3 times with different seller IDs. This seller is multi listings under multi Seller IDs for the same items with slightly different prices. When no stock availablle, they even reply with exact same reason, waiting time frame word for word when asked for full refund. They claimed that buyer request to canceled my order not them. Be aware!

  Item was paid for two weeks ago. Seller sent it untracked. I have followed up with the seller twice. They offered to contact Australia Post but what is the point if the item does not have tracking. Seller has not responded to my last message on 14 August. Do not recommend this seller.

  This is not accurate. We responded to all your messages within 24 hours. The item was dispatched via Australia Post after payment was cleared, but unfortunately, the delay was beyond our control. We also followed up with Australia Post, and after they were unable to locate the parcel, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture. We understand the frustration caused by shipping delays, and we did everything possible to resolve the situation fairly.

  Seems like multi-listings under different seller IDs for the same items at slightly different prices. Ordered a makeup bag 3 times, never in stock. My order that finally went through from 12 Aug never arrived by 16 Sept, and it was shipped from Australia to the uk without tracking which is strange as it is coming such a long way - even inner uk postage usually has tracking so everything can be followed . Had to request full refund after weeks waiting. Very concerning practices – buyers beware!

  Shipping took a while from Australia to the US, almost 5 weeks, but considering how cheap the shipping was, I'm not complaining and I was more than happy to wait rather than spend a ton of money for faster shipping. The perfume arrived in one piece, so I'm happy! Thank you!
