  Wrong items sent initially. Contacted seller and was appeased by good service over an initial honest mistake. Replacements sent promptly without need to return wrongly supplied ones. Great communication by seller almost to the point of casual conversation. Fantastic vendor!

  Firstly they sent the incorrect which I returned with promise that they would be sending the correct cover. Im still waiting. Have messaged them to either send the correct cover or refund my money. I have involved eBay in this matter. Have not heard anything. No phone cover and no refund.

  Hi Franca, we are trying to get the correct cover to you!! Although you accidentally ordered the 4G version and not 5G version (they are different sizes). We are still waiting to receive the one you ordered back so we can perform the swap. We even paid for return postage.
