  Wish I could leave more than 5 stars for this seller! So happy with this handbag, which is in excellent condition and exactly as pictured and described. Packaged securely and arrived right on time; overall great value for vintage Longchamp quality. Newer high-end handbags no longer feature the lined interiors with pockets that are a must for keeping everything organized, and this one is pristine. Very grateful to this seller for a lovely Roseau bag that's even nicer than I'd anticipated!

  My item was shipped promptly (well-ahead of the estimated schedule given by ebay). My handbag was wrapped very well in a protective and secure way and once I unboxed it I discovered it was in even better condition than described and depicted it was nearly flawless. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would gladly buy from this seller again.

  Item was not packed properly by seller was damaged during shipping. Notified Post Office with photos and packaging with contents in hand filed an insurance claim was denied told that the item would not be covered because of item was not in correct packaging material by sender. I reached out to seller and was told they send items all the time with no problem. Offering me a discount on another purchase I ask what the discount value was told it depends. Seller quite responding to my messages.

  Item was packed extremely well, same as usual, over 25 years of selling on ebay. A small piece of jewelry wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrap and mailed in a bubble envelope. No way it arrived damaged, unless caused by the the post office, and postal insurance covers it. I generously offered a discount on a future purchase. The higher the price, the bigger the discount. Buyer hounded me for an exact percentage, so I stopped responding. Our feedback level, over 2,500, speaks for itself.
