  This item came as described. All the tools were helpful. Only thing needed was the torx t-8, but other than that, everything needed was in this purchase. Upgraded my wife’s newly acquired 2013 Ford Escape Titanium from ford touch to this product. After the initial install, Charlotte from their technical support team remotely programmed the device / car program. After this, every feature works as if Ford installed it. This took less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this seller.

  Good communication, quick shipping, installed easily. Instructions were not good, but it was self explanatory.

  I had a problem where the heated steering wheel and heated seats options were not available. They fixed the problem via remote connect and fixed it within 20 minutes. Decent customer service.

  Kit was more than minimum needed for install. I had an issue with screen darkness and steering wheel controls. Seller responded within a few hours and had working 100% in minutes.
