      The seller sent me a private email when everything should be done through eBay messages. They charged me more money for shipping the product, and without any further consultation, they canceled the sale. It wasn't very pleasant to deal with them because they didn't wait to engage in a conversation about the problem. A very bad experience.

      I send private emails when the issue is serious. Shipping is a serious issue. The items you bought were bigger and being shipping to Puerto Rico. I have to put all domestic shipping prices the same, but PR shipping is across the water and always more expensive. I cancelled the sale for this reason. I should have engaged with you more and solved the issue. I apologize for not doing that. I will try to do better in the future.
