  Got shipped a faulty calibration mic (not at all the fault of the seller). Sent a message and they replied quickly. They sent a new microphone quickly and even included a payed return package ready to be shipped back for the original defective one. Timely and friendly service! Would certainly recommend shopping with these guys.

  They had a goof on there inventory. They were actually out of stock on the purple shure headphones. But, they contacted me immediately. Offered me alternatives colors. Or the option to wait and they would 2nd day ship. Lee time was 3-4 days. I chose a diffrent color (blue) and boom they were here. I truly appreciate the honesty and speed of processing. I will be a repeat customer. The sound of these earphones are phenomenal!! Very comfy too!

  This ear pads cushion cover came very fast as promised and look brand new. Although on the package it’s not indicated what model of headphones it fits, only on the package slip from the seller it says the number. So, I hope it will fit HD650 if the measurements that listed by seller are correct. Item described by seller very well though . Thank you.
