  First of all, the shipping. It arrived a lot sooner than expected, witch is a plus. Second of all, the packaging. It was descent packaging with paper. Third of all, the speakers worked a lot better than I expected, so they were even better than described. And last of all, the value of these, I would say that the price was very worth it. Overall, great purchase!

  I never received it. USPS or eBay likely stole it. The seller didn't hassle or haggle about providing a refund. The problem is thanks to USPS I can't buy another one until someone decides to sell it in my size, and thanks to eBay I can use the $50 refund because an erroneous buying restriction was placed on my account. And no customer service is available!
