  Listing was not accurate. Unit was not new as described and did not have the feature set described in the listing - for instance the listing says: In-built chargeable pencil cell operations. - Batteries in charging mode even when the instrument is on. This unit has no batteries and only runs on wall power. Unit was also over a week late in arrival and very slow to ship.In the end I give the seller a neutral rating because he did give me a partial refund due to these issues. C-
