  I have purchased two rugs from this vendor. The first was a bit different from the picture. However, the second one was exactly as the picture. Very satisfied with both. I know it’s difficult to capture in a picture a handmade rug.

  Beautiful rug, great salespeople. When the one I wanted was no longer available they sent me a handful of similar unlisted items at fair prices.

  Was offered a price, I accepted and paid. Was then contacted by the sellers who said they made a mistake and couldn’t afford to sell me the rug at the offer price. AVOID!

  We clearly explaind to the buyer the cause of the mistake that was because of calculation used in a new tool launched by ebay to send offers, so it was beyond us ! we refunded her totally and made our best to please her with other options !
