  Ok so normally I'd leave fairly generic feedback "Great seller" etc. .. but I must take time to flag this one: This is probably the BEST seller I've experienced in the last 24 months! Firstly, the seller was really sound in terms of negotiating a mutual price, A++ on comms. The item was exactly as described A++ item desc... it arrived in like 3 days!! A++ on dispatch, but also, I HAVE NEVER seen such a good packing job EVER, I was literally lost for words, AMAZING thank you so much! A+++++

  As a buyer from the USA (NY), The shipping did take a bit longer than expected (Not fault of the seller but if in US keep in mind) But everything arrived as expected. Packaging is phenomenal, came with a plastic container where all miniatures were neatly packaged in bubble wrap and foam. Everything came as shown in the listings, and for a bulk price it’s very fair.

  Shipping was fantastic. It took 10 days from the time I placed the order until it arrived across the pond. Packaging was beyond expectation! The miniatures were as described and pictured and in excellent condition. I believe I have an excellent value sitting in front of me. 10 assembled and expertly painted and based miniatures for just over $100. Thank you very much for the opportunity Merlin‘s miniatures!   Great , I am really happy with the figures , great price , came fast , everything came as described and is as in the photos , the seller took real care and packed everything super well , even put all the figures in plastic tubs for extra safety , which I really like . Great seller.

  Merlin's remain one of the very few sellers on eBay who actually pack really well, so your goods have a chance of reaching you in one piece and the items are always speedily delivered as well. I would always use them given the chance, as its clear they value their customers. Unfortunately Royal Mail really messed up the delivery but that has nothing to do with Merlins at all. 5/5 packaging and customer care - Merlins 0/5 Delivery and Customer Care - Royal Mail. I guess everyone has a bad day.

  One of the best experiences buying anything from eBay. I think I won this on Friday and it was with me on Sunday! I have never had a package delivered on Sunday before appart from by Amazon. The packaging was brilliant and really protected my item so thank you to whoever did that. The item was exactly as described and excellent value. I'm really happy all round.
