    All 30 bases were packed as described, great value with the discount they offered as they were all official bases. No damage to any of the bases and they were packaged very well and securely. Extremely quick shipping and delivery came in around 2 day which was extremely fast.

    Item was exactly as described and pictured. Though the item was exceedingly well packaged and protected, it arrived with slight damage; nothing major and it was fixable. Merlin’s Miniatures were proactive and contacted me, to quickly address this issue, and provided superb customer service, for a positive solution. Would recommend.

    What an amazing experience from start to finish! Great communication from the seller and dispatched the same afternoon. 2 days later and the item has been delivered in really protective packaging to ensure there were no damages! I can rate this seller high enough and I will definitely be looking through their other listings! Thank you so much!

    1 of 5 miniatures ordered from Great Britain, all arrived safely, items were well packaged and as described, even came with base stands. Seller offered a decent discount and responded quickly to all inquires. Communication was excellent. Shipping costs were combined, which made it quite reasonable for shipping across the pond and the entire breadth of the United States all the way to Alaska. Shipping time was delayed, but that was expected and not a shipper issue. Very nice overall experience.

    Item arrived in perfect condition just as promised in the advertisement (impressive considering how the aquilas sit on top of the pylons) and very well packaged. the price was incredibly fair and arrived in good time. Another happy purchase from this seller. (multiple purchases made from Merlins and not a bad experience yet!)

    So lucky to own a testament to the might of Waaagh! Was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner coming from across the pond. Hard to find collector's piece. The Green Skins let their bright colors imitate who ever comes in contact with them, as a single lone orc or a whole Orc Tribe. Communication was great and all my questions were answered promptly . 5 star seller!
