    The shipper was great. Item as described which was like new. Also I had asked her prior to buying if she used any scented detergents (such as Gain or fabric softeners) as I had two back to back experiences with sellers who stored their new items in their homes and they used those products apparently. They arrived and it has almost been impossible to get the scent out! THIS seller does not and indeed my backpack arrived with NO scents! I’m super happy about this and love the backpack!!

    Responsible seller. Item was not new without tags as described but I fully believe this was a total oversight by seller who took immediate responsibility and corrective action for the inadvertent error. Responsive communications. We all make mistakes, the question is does one promptly correct them. This seller did just that. I have no complaints. I would purchase again from this seller.

    I would definitely purchase from this seller again. This item was just as she described. Her communication was great and when I asked for extra info she was quick to reply. Shipping was fast and secure.
