  I purchased my favorite scent of satya incense. I got it for the cheapest price I could find it. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing, reading reviews regarding shipping but I ordered anyway. It moved slowly and the tracking wouldn’t update properly, but that’s a USPS thing. Some do and some don’t. It arrived, and in good timing. It’s exactly as described by the seller. Each box was appropriately sealed. They appear to be authentic and they burn pleasantly as expected. I’m happy.

  Although I did not receive my item (due to unfortunate circumstances, and absolutely no fault of the Seller's), but rather unforeseen circumstances, this Seller was so kind to not only issue a refund, but a very heartfelt apology message as well.   Fast to ship, great price, great quality. Sent me the wrong color, offered a free return and replacement that would take another week or so, wanted to use now, so I declined. I would order from them again. Great prompt communication. Good seller. Even though they sent me the wrong color boxes, I gave them 5 stars. They did everything else right and offered me the correct color at no charge. Excellent.

  The seller accidentally shipped me another product that they sell (one that was about twice the cost of what I ordered.) When I mentioned this, they immediately, and with no argument or request for the product to be returned (nor any need to go thru Paypal or Ebay for mediation), refunded my purchase cost. Sure; I'd rather have had my product in the first place, but accidents happen, and that was excellent customer serive.
