  This was fantastic product. As the product was in the glass bottle, the middle bottle was completely shattered. I contacted seller and I was insulted by offering $2 discount. Like, you just buy a candy and shut up. Do not cry. I refused the offer and ask them send me a bottle. they kept sending me apologies only stating, we follow our store policy.

  I ordered Tigi Dumb Blonde shampoo and conditioner. However I instead received Tigi Serial Blonde shampoo and conditioner so not what I ordered. However it’s too hard to box it all back up again to return it so I’ll keep what I received
