  Chess pieces are of good quality. I ordered black and gold and received black and silver. Reached out to seller, had a response within a day and was told to keep the silver pieces, they would send the gold pieces to me. Gold pieces were received a few days later. I appreciate the quick shipping especially from overseas and the superb customer service and ownership of their mistake. Will be ordering more pieces for gifts.

  I'm very pleased with this item, exactly as described. It looks great, and being Staunton pieces are okay to play with, nicely weighted. The item was packaged with care and arrived safely. Thankyou!

  I have communicated with the seller. In truth the chess sets are gorgeous. The problem was in shipping. The items were extremely well packaged. I only had one concern that had nothing to do with shipping mishandling. The boards are beautiful.

  The seller is helpful and can reply promptly! The delivery is very fast. The chess set is well packed and the quality is good. 😊
