  Exactly as described , Brand New in sealed package . Good quality tool and a great value . Looks good and even came with a free decal which I already put on my bike . Shipping time adequate and couldn't be more pleased with a Ebay transaction . I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again in a heartbeat . 5 Stars for this seller ! Thanks a lot .

  seller shipping was prompt and the item is in perfect condition and original wrapping. great seller to deal with. i got this shipped internationally and the ebay international shipping hub let me down a bit as the hub took almost 10 days to process it and forward it on to me.

  Everything about the seller was good. My only disappointment was the color advertised was gray and black. This was the color I wanted to match my other Tusk bags. I received a solid black bag. The bag works fine, and I needed it, so I did not return. The black bag functions well. Just disappointed in misleading advertisement picture.

  Excellent seller. First item was damaged during shipping, but they refunded the item immediately, so I could reorder. They shipped the replacement immediately and double packed it per my request. Thank you for the great purchase experience. Highly recommend this seller.

  Shipping took forever to get, so i contacted seller and they were gonna give partial money back but still haven’t. And when it finally arrived it has a kink in it from shipping, i contacted seller again but still haven’t got a response back, if you want something on time and in good shape order from someone elts, i DO NOT recommend this company at all, if they would of responded back it would of been nice to not have to leave a bad review. Ill be buying my parts elsewhere
