    Purchase went perfectly, shipping was very prompt, (open box) item is as described, new condition, no missing parts, items that were bagged/boxed separately inside the package shown in the seller’s photos were unopened. Have not installed product yet, but highly recommend seller!

    Just got the items installed but cannot rate it yet because we have not had freezing weather. I do want to comment on the vendor: OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had an issue with the order but they responded very quickly and fixed the issue with no hesitation. THANK YOU Astra Trade!!!
