  Great quality item Buying Experience only let down by very, very, very slow dispatch had to question if it were ever going to be sent answer was yes then still not sent until days later. Listing said 48 hour courier what it did not say was you have no chance of predicting when the 48 hour starts even though you paid straight away Shouldn’t put you off buying quality stuff just hope your not in a rush for it that’s all Shame because everything else was great Dispatch time shocking

  Hello, We appreciate your feedback. We always endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible. We state, when creating a listing that dispatch time is up to 5 working days from order. Although the customer does not see that part, you can see, an estimated delivery date, which is visible on the listing and incorporates the 5 working day dispatch time. The 48 hour courier is the service we use but in some cases it is the 24 hour service. Again, apologies for the delay and value your comments.
