Unfortunately they used Evri as their delivery service, and they are incompetent. The items arrived 6 days later than promised and only after I had chased them up. This is a regular problem with Evri. In future I will be contacting any seller and if they use Evri I will not be buying from them.

When the delivery date had passed but not received my order i contacted the supplier via Ebay. I had a promt reply from Stella apologising for the delay but she informed me my order had been lost by the Courier which was Evri. I received a full refund promptly the customer service was excellent. So i can't rate the item as it never arrived but i have purchased it previously but i can give customer service 5 out of 5
