  This will be my fourth pair of skis I have purchased from Asogear, they never disappoint. They have always provided fast and professional service. Every question I ask is answered in less than a day. The gear is always in perfect new condition, and they always pack and shipping with care. Obviously the prices are fantastic. I’m from Oklahoma, and will certainly continue to be their customer. Outstanding! Don’t worry that they don’t do returns, it’s not gonna be a problem.

  Item received new in box as described. Great price. Seller was slow to ship, a tracking number wasn't provided until 10 days after paying for the bindings. Wouldn't be a big deal if the seller had been proactive about communicating delay updates, but i had to initiate communication to find out what was going on. Otherwise, a smooth transaction.

  I purchased these skis primarily due to their affordable price and design. The shipping process, as per the estimated duration of 10 days, materialized within that timeframe. Considering the extensive distance of the shipment (Ontario to Florida), I was pleasantly surprised by the 3 day ship time. Skis came perfectly intact and still have the original packaging. Both representatives that answered my calls/questions were awesome people, and I 100% recommend asogear to anyone looking for ski gear.

  The people at this shop are terrific. Several days after placing the order, I called them and inquired about the estimated shipping day; there was a 1 day delay while they figured out the tariff situation. They checked the status while I was on the phone and within minutes informed me that the equipment was boxed and being labeled and due to go out on the truck that day. They correctly identified the earliest date of arrival, which is when I got the FedEx delivery. In time for a ski day!

  Great seller! Board arrived in good packaging. Shipping takes the full 10 days as stated so be patient. If you reach out to them they respond right away. Great communication & would buy from again! Best price on the board.

  Black Edition skis were sent out for delivery in the time frame that they suggested it would. No fault to asogear but FedEx took a couple extra days to get to me. Not a problem because the skis arrived in great condition. They were packaged perfectly. Skis were brand new with original packaging on them. Communication was great. The price was unbeatable. Thanks. I would do business with them again.
