The envelope had more wear than expected, but the pattern envelope is aged and brittle which is no fault of the seller. Thanks for the great customer service. It is greatly appreciated. I don't know where this fault came from, and neither does the seller, but they have kindly refunded me in light of Canadian customs having charged just shy of the amount paid to eBay in import duties.

However I regretted it because It was shipped by USPS without tracking and it took a couple of weeks. I checked the box for “arrived on time” because no delivery date was provided. Still, it did arrive finally and in great condition. In the end I’m very happy with the quality, appearance and value.
