  It ended up quite positive, though for a few days I thought this was going to be a terrible experience with no satisfaction. The seller neglected to mention that a vital part to the working of the unit was not included with the item, though the item had been listed as Used, in Good Working order. After a couple of days of discussing the issue and my requesting to be able to return the item, the seller simply refunded my total purchase price and shipping. I would use this seller again.

  Products were well packaged and in mint condition, very happy with my purchases, I had looked for the cat to replace my broken one I had a pair, my set is complete again, a real bargain as rare to find the guardian of the Nile ornaments as made in 1989, and was a gift from my late husband whom ironically passed 14 yrs ago today, and today my purchase arrived, such a good seller if you have queries, would definitely buy from this seller in future.
