Communication was strong. The rug shipped quickly, and looks like the picture shown on Ebay. In person, the colors are lighter than they appeared online; however, it looks great with my furniture, and I will likely purchase another rug from this seller soon. It is a wool rug in new condition.

Placed my order Friday, they shipped it that day from Texas & it arrived at my house in S. Florida on Monday in perfect condition! The rug is very thick and lush feeling. Fantastic value. I got a beautiful, high quality 8'8" x 12' real wool rug delivered for less than a synthetic would've cost from a big box store. I highly recommend this seller! I'll post pics when I get the room set up.
