  The rug I purchased was not available, so the seller offered a similar, slightly more expensive rug at the same price. Communication was strong. The rug shipped quickly, and looks like the picture shown on Ebay. In person, the colors are lighter than they appeared online; however, it looks great with my furniture, and I will likely purchase another rug from this seller soon. It is a wool rug in new condition.

  Customer service is excellent, my order was well packaged, shipping was fast & inexpensive. Placed my order Friday, they shipped it that day from Texas & it arrived at my house in S. Florida on Monday in perfect condition! The rug is very thick and lush feeling. Fantastic value. I got a beautiful, high quality 8'8" x 12' real wool rug delivered for less than a synthetic would've cost from a big box store. I highly recommend this seller! I'll post pics when I get the room set up.

  One of the overall best Ebay experiences I've ever had! I was dubious and doubtful because the low price and free shipping seemed too good to be true, but they delivered above and beyond the best of expectations. The shipping was free but still very fast, and when it got here the rug looked better than it did in the listing photos. The next time I need a rug or carpet I'll be back! A++++ and 5 Stars All Around!!
