  Items shipped quickly and packaging was secure - no breakage and obviously a time consuming packing process. Items arrived as described and honestly looked better than the items as pictured. Was able to get a few glasses of my 'wedding' crystal about 30 years later so priceless value!! Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  Bad package Did try to reach seller, but after 10 days and no reply, I am it happy. Pretty nice wrapping , but box so soft so 3 mugs broken really bad. And no reply yet, soon two weeks. So if shipping , please the outer box need to be good and the wrapping between was also very limited. So item description can’t be nice and post cost is not ok when broken and no communication.

  Oh do I love these! Always liked this pattern and have other patters as well! I was a bit worried when I saw the box…However superior packing saved the day and each arrived in perfect condition! I good soak and dry and they will be ready for table! Thanx so much especially for the packaging! 🥰👍
