    Due to mishandling by USPS my cookie jar arrive severly damaged. I sent a quick note to the seller along with pictures to explain the issue. The seller responded very quickly by issuing a full refund and an offer to buy another cookie jar at the same price as the original one I bought. I cannot express how nice it was to have such a smooth interaction and wonderful customer service. I can very highly recommend this A+++++ seller.
