  Due to the courier company not delivering the item I received a full refund. Apparently 8 weeks later the item was delivered I contacted the company to let them know. They have said I can keep the item. No fault of the seller at all .

  The camera on the USB HUB wasn't operational when I receive the item. A few photos were provided to the seller as proof of the damage and the seller fully refunded the damaged product. This is a fully responsible seller who is willing to collaborate and resolve any issue.
