For some reason USPS was taking my package in circles. Seller was super responsive. Took less then 15 minutes to get a response. Great seller. Was very reasonable. Would definitely buy from again just for that reason.

I was concerned it could be unsafe so I asked to exchange the hydraulic cooler for one that is not damaged. Seller told me to return the damaged cooler and sent a return shipping label. I sent the damaged cooler back and received a partial refund. Seller says the item is in good condition and therefore the return was on my behalf. seller description states damaged items receive full refunds!!
