  I had a very bad experience with ebay in the past, this time I was expecting the same, because the delivery day pass and received my order my order four day later. The communication with them was after 9 PM and that's was a red flag. But finally I received my order, but I was worried. Thank you for everything.

  Big purchase for us. Shipping was fast. One handle had a crack as a result of handling during shipping, but seller responded immediately and shipped a replacement part right away. It's well built, cook kettle is stainless, everything is heavy duty. It came with an extra gasket! Everything appears to function as intended. We cooked with it tonight and we're pleased with the results for our first fried chicken. Overall a great transaction.
