  Not great - after weeks of waiting, then tracking said "out for delivery" then suddenly says "order cancelled due to shipping address problem with buyer." There is no shipping address problem, item is out of stock. Asked seller when it will be in stock again - no reply yet. Seller very slow to answer my questions. SMH.

  The frames I received were high-quality. They were well packaged, but they got damaged in shipment. The seller was very responsive and immediately sent out replacements. They are high-quality frames being sold by a very responsive and honest merchant. I would buy here again anytime as the seller is excellent and the product is gorgeous.

  Seller shipped a badly damaged frame and wanted me to pay return shipping. The seller is also playing games about packing the large frame back in its original form or I won’t get a full credit. Poor communication. Frame is poorly made too. 😡

  damage by fedex, we never ask you to pay for shipping, just can't agree on partial refund buyer want to keep the frame but we need to return to the factory
