  Had a very positive experience with this seller. She was very pleasant to communicate with and was very clear. On Sunday, I asked if I could get the shoes by Thursday and they arrived Wednesday. The shoes look just like in the photos, so my expectations were met. They came with a very nice card. Thank you Judi!

  Delivery was fast, packed very well with a nice note, the boots are much nicer and better than expected, steal of a deal, and friendly, seller with great communication. Hope to deal with again soon.

  Fast shipping and item is as described. However, the box was damaged during delivery. Fortunately the leather backpack was not damaged. I would recommend the next time you ship leather goods to wrap them in plastic with padding and not just place it in the box unprotected.

  THANK YOU for the heads up - the reason the backpack was not damaged was because it was FILLED with tissue paper so it would not get "smooshed." But I appreciate your input and am glad it got there safely during kkkrazy postal times.(Good idea during snowy times to use plastic too -thank you..After 21 years of safely packing items (see feedback) one can learn something new!!) HAPPY 2025.
