  I live in continental US, this seller lives in Mexico, the item had to go through customs and be cleared, the seller was able to tell me an approximate delivery time based on her experiences and she was right on. The product was packaged properly to preserve the contents integrity through the grueling shipping process. Very great seller and I'll definitely purchase from them again!!!!!   Absolutely amazing seller! So kind, understanding, and generous throughout the entire process. When there was a small issue, they went above and beyond to make it right, even reshipping the packs to me at no cost — something she absolutely didn’t have to do. She even included free gifts, which was such an unbelievably thoughtful and touching surprise. I’m truly so grateful for her kindness and I’ll always remember this experience.
