    This seller is top notch! Item purchased was broken in shipping. The item was wrapped & packed well. The shipping company must have been rough with the package to break this. Immediately let the seller know & sent pictures showing the problem. The seller responded quickly with instructions on how to proceed for a refund. The full refund was issued timely. Appreciate a seller that takes care of customers quickly. I would purchase again from this seller & highly recommend this seller!

    Rare glass utility/storage bowls shipped very fast and packed well (double boxed with layers of paper and bubble wrap). Only quibble was a layer of packing peanuts which I don't go for and are a real hassle to receive and hard to dispose of. But, the total system worked. Shipping was expensive, but it's glass is glass and 2 boxes and materials do add up. Quick shipping was a big plus. Bowls were in great shape with original lids and as described. Price for bowls was very inexpensive.

    Boots arrived in good shape unfortunately they were listed as a size 12 but they were actually a size 11 an honest mistake. No problem with returning them, good seller.
