However, the seller misrepresented where the item would ship from. The seller clearly posted the item was in Charlotte, North Carolina. This isn't true. They were drop shipping from El Paso, TX. Moreover the shipper posted a USPS tracking number that showed no movement. Tracking was later switched to UPS. Checking other ads for a similar item I found the same ads in different cities. I thought EBay didn't allow drop shipping.
