  Wow! The shipping time for this item was unbelievable! I ordered it around 1030 AM one morning and received it the next day in late afternoon. The item arrived in excellent condition and was As Described on website: Brand new, unused and in manufacturer packaging. The appearance seemed fine, but I’m not sure on the quality as I haven’t removed it from the box yet. Hoping it will work well. I think this purchase is a decent value for the price paid.   1 1/2" elastic exactly as pictured and in new condition. Very fast shipping arriving faster than I anticipated. A good value for the money. Although this is exactly as described, unfortunately not what I needed for my project. I didn't realize it at the time of placing order, I needed the ribbed nonroll elastic, not the nonroll woven as described. My fault and not the seller's and they do not accept returns. However, I would still buy from the seller.
