  I hv paid on 16/7 and yet I didn’t see the product being dispatched. I gave it a few days b4 I asked for tracking info then I was told the product was lost in transit. A “replacement” was then sent I was told and it should arrive this week. The reality is it is still in Chicago!! It is definitely the WORST experience ever!! It has been almost a month since I paid yet I still did not receive it!! If I didn’t ask for tracking info, I wonder if an “replacement” would be sent to me!!

The replacement item was sent and as I mentioned in my message to you, the tracking number was provided in the ebay transaction details which is EPG011024014867040. According to this tracking number, the item is out for delivery as of today 08/10. Please let us know if we can assist you further with this.
