    The item is as advertised and beautifully packaged. Great price. The highlight of this purchase was the customer service. I had a very bad experience with Aroma360 direct and this company has helped with all of my issues! They thoroughly and politely answer several questions by email and even called me! Next level. I will be placing additional orders today.

    London Calling arrived packaged very well and was secured in bubble wrap. As described, it was new and never opened. Compared to prices online, this was a great value. The scent smells fantastic!

    Currently haven’t received item but it is on the way. However, even without item in hand customer service is amazing. I appreciate their patience as I am leery of ordering on EBay and haven’t in years. They called to verify I did in fact place the order, which put me at ease. Looking forward to getting the diffuser. Thanks again.

    Received an immediate phone call to verify what I ordered fits my needs and their backend office was willing to do what was necessary to alleviate any concerns. This company is amazing in customer service and strongly recommend as without customer relationships it's transactional and meaningless. I will be forming a long term relationship with them! Skip retail and go here
