    I bought this full well knowing it needed a rope, that's no problem I do ropes nearly daily, but when it arrived the whole thing was exploded and in pieces even though the photos showed it was completely assembled. The small snap ring that holds everything together was under the boxes flap inside and a 10 mile drive from falling out. After rebuilding the unit, I found out the snap ring was too weak and had no more tension and was the reason it all came apart, pretty bad purchase
