  This was a second purchase from this seller and had a perfect ending. Shipping time was adequate as was packaging for the item. The appearance of the grips was great and actually better in person than in the ad. This dealer is more than willing to answer any question and is spot on in his description of minute factors that other sellers of this product sometimes omit. The quality of his product surpasses any other similar ones that I have seen. Very good purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend this

  Just an amazing store and seller is really kind and eager to help. If they do not have something just ask. They are pretty good at getting you whatever you are looking for and communicating fast!   The pistol gribs arrived this morning and once I opened the well wrapped envelope I was immediately floored by the quality of the two halves of the grips. The installation was swift, they look and feel good in my hand and this was all worth the price. Shipping was very swift thanks and I am very grateful for the quality and customer service I got from Arizona Custom Grips. I even received a call from Brendan from their office to ask me specific questions about what I truly wanted with the grips.

  Excellent company to do business with. Didn't like the first pair of grips. So I contacted them by email and they responded quickly. Giving me the option of a full refund or another set. I opted for another set. Came quickly and not disappointed with these. Thank you ACG.

  Wrong message to wrong dealer. I received an excellent product from this dealer/seller Good price, shipping time and fair shipping charges. Excellent customer service. No negative dealings at all. All dealings were positive. These pistol grips look like real, aged ivory. I plan on buying another set or more soon.

  The buyer purchased on a Friday, and the grips went directly to USPS and was scanned and left the facility on Monday (which would be the next business day). According to tracking, the grips took 7 days for delivery (not 3 to 6 weeks as stated in the comments). Also, the sale was not cancelled (as the buyer stated), so perhaps he is getting us confused with another seller???
