  There were problems with USPS and it was delayed arriving, but the seller was kind to help us find and get the package delivered. When it arrived, the fish didn't work, so the seller immediately offered to refund my money so I could get a new one for my son. Even though this product didn't work out, I highly recommend this seller.

  Thisseller was absolutely phenomenal. This seller responded promplty to my inquiries regarding the product and in addition to answering my questions accurately and honestly, also provided photographs of the exact items I was ordering, stating that they wanted me to be confident that I was going to recieve the correct items I needed. After the photographs were sent, I was comfortable that I would be sent what I needed. The order was recieved on time-and actually a little prior. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

  Item as described and prompt shipment. Tag was still on item, confirming "new" condition. Cost to ship seemed very high for only being mailed in a waterproof envelope.
