The seller informed me they will be keeping 20% of my refund, because they had to wait for somebody else to purchase the item.! Despite me purchasing another item from the seller, I was very disappointed with how rude they were. Nowhere on their refund info or on their advertisement do they declare that they will be keeping 20% of the purchase price if you wish to return the item. Refund simply says 30 days. False advertising
