The LCD display and the unit itself was damaged. It was also missing the stand. Included in the package, and courtesy of FedEx, was a new tub of cleansing sanitary wipes (????) go figure. The picture shows the box as delivered. Anyway, communications with the seller were top notch and a full refund was issued without delay. I look forward to doing business with him again.
